Our Objectives

Concept: CARE ObjectivesThe formation of Concept: CARE was premised on the identification of a need for a community based home health care operation which would set a precedent of quality care standards for future generations and serve as a model for the health care industry. It was recognized that the overall quality of life for many of our Westchester elderly and disabled needed health care interventions and decision making capabilities done expediently by a local provider of services, people who themselves lived in their community.

As a company, Concept: CARE would combine community resources, health care networks and advocacy for the population it serviced and utilize the alliances previously established. Concept: CARE identifies itself as a health care family committed to health promotion, supportive intervention and advocacy in conjunction with and/or absence of a family nucleus.
